سياسة الاسترداد

الشراء من الموقع
إن لم يناسبك الاشتراك، اطلب استرداد المبلغ كاملاً خلال 14 يوماً من الدفع الأول أو من أي تجديد، دون أن تذكر سبباً. راسلنا على info@maqamlab.art أو استخدم رابط الإيصال الذي يصلك من Paddle. يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها، ويُغلق الوصول المدفوع عند الاسترداد.
الشراء من App Store أو Google Play
تتولّى Apple وGoogle الدفع والاسترداد. اطلب الاسترداد من reportaproblem.apple.com لمشتريات Apple، أو من Google Play لمشتريات أندرويد. لا نستطيع ردّ مبالغ دفعتها عبر المتجرين.
الإلغاء
يمكنك إلغاء التجديد في أي وقت. يبقى الوصول المدفوع حتى نهاية الفترة التي دفعت ثمنها.
Refund Policy

Website purchases
If it is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment or any renewal, no reason needed. Email info@maqamlab.art or use the link in your Paddle receipt. The refund goes to the original payment method and paid access ends.
App Store and Google Play purchases
Apple and Google handle payment and refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple purchases, or through Google Play for Android. We cannot refund payments made through the stores.
Cancelling
Cancel renewal anytime. Paid access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
